The Senior Software Engineer helps Turvo maintain high standards through analysis, design, development, and deployment activities. \nReview product specifications and produce top-quality high-level/low-level technical design deliverables. \nEvaluate technical solutions for feasibility and fit, at the same time provide recommendations and feedback. \nCollaborate cross-functionally to make technical trade-offs between your group’s short term and long term business needs, and the needs of the company as a whole. \nWork closely with Software and Quality Engineers in your peer group to implement solutions, test, automate, and deliver high-quality features .\nPerform thorough code-reviews and provide actionable feedback. \nImplement automation for clean code, quality gates, and security vulnerability checks. \nDocument components and design, both in-code and on collaborative tools like Confluence. \nIteratively improve the underlying infrastructure and third-party libraries. \nResolve escalated customer technical inquiries. \n\n\n

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working on Java, Spring and SpringBoot.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant experience.\nExperience building microservice-based high-performance, stable, scalable systems that have been successfully deployed in an enterprise setting. \nExperience mentoring other Engineers. \nKnowledge of API driven platform development & Software Integration. \nMust have expertise in relational and non-relational/NoSQL databases like MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, ES, etc. \nKnowledge on Agile development tools, CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Test driven development tools. \nExperience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering for enterprise use cases.\nStrong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts such as embeddings, semantic search, and text classification.\nAbility to design and integrate LLM-powered solutions into microservice-based architectures, ensuring scalability and performance.\n\n\n
