This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Store in Cherry Creek.\nThis job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. \nMultiple years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.\nStrong visual merchandising skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of visual design principles.\nProven experience with inventory management and stock control.\nAbility to assist in leading, motivating, and developing a team.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both the store team and customers.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions in the Store Manager's absence.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus.\n\n\n
