\nImprove marketing self-service capabilities through reusable templates, components, and scalable workflows.

\nPartner with Analytics to establish tracking requirements, event taxonomy, reporting, and measurement frameworks.

\nBalance growth opportunities, technical investments, and engineering capacity through clear prioritization.

\nMonitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, usability, and conversion.

\nCollaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

\n5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, Product Management, CRO, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

\nStrong understanding of website optimization, experimentation, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.
\n\n
\nExperience translating business goals into product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
\n\n
\nExperience leading A/B testing and experimentation programs.
\n\n
\nStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

\nWorking knowledge of web analytics, experimentation metrics, funnel analysis, and conversion reporting.

\nFamiliarity with event tracking, attribution, analytics QA, and performance measurement.
