This role will be critical in handling IT support needs—ranging from onboarding new hires and provisioning equipment to troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for internal IT support, managing tickets and requests, maintaining systems, and coordinating logistics related to devices and office technology.
