What You Will Be Doing:

\n- Generate new business across residential, commercial, and real‑estate markets
\n- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
\n- Build relationships with consultants, inspectors, real estate agents, and property managers to grow referrals
\n- Manage a steady sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects

Minimum Requirements:

\n- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
\n- Use a ladder safely.
\n- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
\n- Safely access basements, crawlspaces, attics, etc.
\n- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
\n- Routine use of standard office equipment, including an iPad.
\n- Periods of sitting, driving, and computer work.
\n- Daily local travel.
