Our Facilities and Security Team is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join us in a full-time capacity. This benefits-eligible position primarily follows a standard weekday schedule, though it offers flexibility in coordination with the Facilities and Security Manager to accommodate occasional evening, weekend, or on-call emergency responses.

Facility Maintenance: Handle daily upkeep, routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, etc.), and track maintenance logs across all locations.\nVendor & Project Support: Coordinate with outside contractors, prepare spaces for project work, and assist with facility renovations or upgrades.\nSecurity Backup: Under the direction of the Manager, assist with security system checks (cameras, alarms, access control) and help document or respond to security incidents.\nSafety & Compliance: Support emergency preparedness drills, maintain supply inventories, and follow all safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA guidelines.\nOperational Flexibility: Set up meeting spaces, respond to urgent on-site needs, and handle occasional on-call or after-hours emergencies as needed.\n\n"},{"text":"What we're looking for:","content":"\n\n
