As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping infants and toddlers with developmental delays build strength, mobility, and independence. Working within our Early Intervention program, you’ll partner closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized, family-centered care that supports each child’s development in meaningful, everyday ways.

Conduct developmental and physical assessments for children ages 0–3\nDevelop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans\nProvide hands-on therapy to support gross motor development, mobility, and strength\nEducate and coach families on incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines\nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, Developmental Specialists, and Service Coordinators\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state requirements\nParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development\nSupport community outreach and advocacy efforts as needed\n\n"},{"text":"Qualifications","content":"\n
Required:
\n
\n- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
\n- Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment and treatment
\n- Knowledge of early intervention principles and child development
\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
\n- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
\n- Intermediate computer/tablet proficiency
\n\nPreferred:
\n\n- Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention
\n- Experience in home- or community-based settings
\n- Pediatric certification or board specialization
\n- Familiarity with early intervention programs and regulations
\n\n
