\nThis role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations. Your prime directive is to leverage modern AI tooling and agentic strategies to increase organizational velocity across engineering, product, design, and ops.

\nWe're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help us build and evolve the product layer of Integrate's platform. This role spans the full stack — from React-based UI surfaces to Go APIs and the integrations that tie them together — and sits at the center of where our product meets our users.
The near-term focus includes feature work on our cross domain solution workflows, improving how we surface complex project data to end users, and contributing to the API and integration services that sit beneath it. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to ship things that matter — and you'll be expected to care about the quality and craft of what you build.
A meaningful part of this role is operating with a Top Secret clearance. Integrate's platform is built to run across classification levels — including NIPR, SIPRnet, SAP networks, to JWICS — and the programs we support don't always surface their full complexity in unclassified environments. \nWe're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help us build and evolve the product layer of Integrate's platform. This role spans the full stack — from React-based UI surfaces to Go APIs and the integrations that tie them together — and sits at the center of where our product meets our users.
The near-term focus includes feature work on our cross domain solution workflows, improving how we surface complex project data to end users, and contributing to the API and integration services that sit beneath it. You will source, qualify, and drive candidates through the process to close — working closely with our existing recruiter who handles hiring manager intake and role qualification. You know how to move fast without cutting corners, keep pipelines clean, and treat every candidate interaction as a reflection of the company.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nOwn full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.\nBuild and manage active pipelines for engineering, product, GTM, and operational roles simultaneously.\nSource proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies to fill top-of-funnel.\nConduct thorough candidate screens to assess role fit and culture fit, delivering clear and actionable feedback to the team.\nCoordinate interview loops end-to-end — scheduling, debrief facilitation, and maintaining candidate momentum throughout.\nOwn candidate communication and experience from first outreach through offer close.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking in our ATS.\nPartner closely with the recruiting lead to ensure smooth handoffs and process consistency.\nExperience\nWe don't expect you to be an expert in all of these things — but here's the kind of background that sets you up to succeed:\n2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or agency.\nDemonstrated experience recruiting for a VC-backed SaaS startup — this is a hard requirement. You understand what early-stage growth looks and feels like.\nExperience at seed through Series B stage companies; you've operated in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.\nTechnical recruiting as a primary strength — you're comfortable sourcing and screening software engineers and technical product managers.\nFunctional familiarity with GTM recruiting (AEs, customer success, marketing) as a natural secondary skill.\nProven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.\nStrong candidate experience instincts — how we treat candidates is how we represent our brand.\nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll be joining at an inflection point — post-Series A, with real customer momentum and a clear mandate to grow.
