\nMerge knowledge of customer trends and state of the art technologies to create meaningful and high-performing products which empower customers to feel their most authentic and beautiful selves.

\nDrive all stages of product & packaging development, from design, development and testing to launch readiness with marketing & operations, monitoring development against development timeline milestones and updating project status along the way.
\n\n
\nTest and scrutinize development samples and prototypes for design, quality and performance, to ensure that the product and packaging exceeds customer expectations.
\n\n
\nPopulate product databases with product related documents generated both by the company and vendors such as product briefs, bill of materials, artwork, quotes, and ingredient lists.
\n\n
\nIdentify and manage contract manufacturing partners to ensure products meet or exceed performance and cost expectations as well as development timelines met.
\n\n
\nImplement and manage product changes as needed, including any changes to features, materials, ingredients, vendors, or specification.

\nPartner with Education and Customer Experience teams to extend product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance

\nManage and improve Integra’s product compliance database to ensure Integra remains compliant.

\nRegister products with regulatory agencies in existing and new markets.

\nPartner with outside counsel to ensure depth and scope of compliance knowledge and stay abreast of evolving regulations, standards, and guidelines related to beauty tools and products in the US and international markets.

\nManage compliance-related document audit process. Test and report on the success of document compliance. Include documentation related to formulation, safety data sheets, test reports, ingredient analysis, labels, warnings, and claims.

About The Role:
\n
The Vice President of Product will play a pivotal role in driving Integra Beauty’s growth by leading the strategy, development, and execution of our brand’s product portfolios. This position is created to elevate our product innovation, operational excellence, and market impact across all brands. The VP of Product will report to the COO and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s goals, while building and leading a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional products that resonate with our customers.

Strategic Leadership:

\n\n\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Integra Beauty's business goals and brand vision.
\n\n
\nTrack and manage product-related KPIs to drive growth, optimize product launches, and achieve \"Hero\" product status across all brands.
\n\n
\nCollaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to ensure operational priorities support overall company direction.
\n\n\n\n\n
Team Leadership and Development:
\n\n
\n\n\nBuild, train, and retain a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
\n\n
\nSet clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and create growth opportunities for team members.
\n\n\n\n\n
Product Development:
\n\n
\n\n\nOversee and manage all phases of product development (PD) from initial concept to vendor briefs, product testing, product approval, packaging development, and production readiness for all launches.
\n\n
\nImplement new QTM (Quick to Market) Product Development structure and methodologies to reduce evaluating & launch timing for high-demand private-label concepts.
\n\n
\nPopulate a multi-year new product launch pipeline. Ideate new product concepts, and partner with Marketing & executive leadership to evaluate based on the size of new product opportunities and their level of effort to implement. Prioritize and schedule launches given market insights, trends, and consumer feedback.
\n\n
\nPartner with Marketing & Education on the Go-to-Market strategy for all launches including the development of compelling Product Marketing Stories and the generation & substantiation of claims that support them.
\n\n
\nEnsure both manufacturing methods and finished goods meet or exceed quality, safety, and sustainability standards while constantly staying abreast of regulatory developments affecting product, operations, and profitability.
\n\n\n\n\n
Research and Development (R&D):
\n\n
\n\n\nLaunch business trajectory changing innovations by:
\n\n\nResearching & identifying high-impact, emerging technologies both directly and adjacently applicable to the beauty consumer goods industry.
\n\n
\nDeveloping technologies of high potential value from a low-readiness state into a high state of readiness for incorporation into saleable beauty products.
\n\n
\nForming key strategic relationships with external subject matter experts & business partners intended to enable cutting-edge opportunities for Integra’s products.
\n\n
\nGenerating & protecting Intellectual Property (IP) including patents and trademarks.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Product & Operational Sustainment
\n\n
\n\n\nPartner with Supply Chain teams in the management of existing and new supplier relationships emphasizing product innovation & quality, production readiness & compliance, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
\n\n
\nSupport market expansion activities including the sale of products into new international markets, retail customers, and sales channels ensuring smooth adaptation of products.
\n\n
\nLead efforts to enhance existing product offerings through reformulations, repackaging, cost reductions, and updated claims testing.
\n\n
\nOrchestrate technology transfers between vendors to increase product quality, develop new vendors, and defend the business profitability.
\n\n
\nPrioritize the Voice of the Customer by responding to customer complaints, expeditiously closing quality defects, and incorporating customer feedback into product changes & new product development
\n\n\n\n\n
\n\n
\nMinimum 10 years of product management, development, or operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a management role. Experience within eCommerce, beauty, or consumer goods industries strongly preferred.
\n\n
\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, product management, business, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly preferred.
\n\n
\nProven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
\n\n
\nExceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
\n\n
\nStrong project management capabilities with a focus on delivering high-impact results on time and within budget. Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
\n\n
\nExperience navigating regulatory environments including familiarity with GMP, Prop 65, and other relevant standards as well as experience establishing the resulting initiatives and processes to ensure compliance.
\n\n
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
\n\n
\nTravel: Domestic and international travel is required.
