About The Role
\nRetirement infrastructure is one of the most complex, consequential, and underserved corners of the employment ecosystem. Finch sits at the center of it, connecting retirement platforms with employer payroll and HR systems, enabling the workflows that millions of employers and employees depend on.
\nWe are at an inflection point. The retirement integration landscape is largely legacy — fragmented, manual, and brittle. Finch is building the automation layer that transforms it: reliable data mapping, intelligent workflows, and the kind of deep integration reliability that makes recordkeepers and employers actually trust their tooling.
