You will take part in the development of energy performance projects, from audit to construction and through to results validation. \n- Act as the single point of ownership for assigned projects, leading both project and design management
\n- Serve as lead engineer, managing project timelines, workstreams, budgets, and mentor junior team members while ensuring effective collaboration with MEP firms and client stakeholders
\n- Review and enhance MEP drawings and designs to optimize system performance and reduce project cost
\n- Gather and analyze client energy bills to identify potential energy savings based on current energy rates and the building’s energy use intensity (EUI)
