MBA preferred.\n•    Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the defense or R&D industry.\n•    Experience in preparing and submitting Forward Pricing Rates Proposals (FPRP) and Incurred Cost Submission (ICS).\n•    Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.\n•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.\n•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel\n•    Experience with financial planning software (IBM TM1 and Deltek Costpoint highly preferred)\n•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.\n•    Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.\n•    High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\n•    Experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance is a plus.\n•    Active DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.\nSpecial Requirements:\n•    US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain US Government security clearance\nCompensation and Benefits:\nPay Range: $105,700 - $132,150\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location (California).
