One multifunctional technical writer embedded with our platform engineering teams in the Bangalore GCC. The role is API-first — the primary reader is an engineer integrating with DexCare's APIs — but deliberately not API-only: the writer also owns end-user and admin documentation and pivots between the two streams as launches demand. The writer owns API reference documentation, developer integration guides, release notes, and product user/admin documentation across DexCare's product lines (Acquire, Search, Scheduling, PDM, Optimize, Virtual/ODV, Mila).

\n- API reference documentation: Author and maintain OpenAPI (OAS 3.0) specifications and the reference documentation generated from them, keeping them accurate release over release.
\n- Developer guides: Integration guides, quickstarts, and authentication/tenancy walkthroughs for customer and partner engineers consuming our platform APIs.
\n- Release notes: Own the engineering and product release-notes pipeline on our release cadence, working from Jira and GitHub rather than waiting for inputs.
\n- Docs-as-code workflow: All documentation lives in Markdown on GitHub and moves through pull-request review. Drafting is AI-assisted (we use Claude heavily across R&D); the writer's judgment is the editorial layer on top, not a replacement for it.
\n- User & admin documentation: Second stream, picked up in launch bursts and maintenance: product user manuals, admin-app help content, and customer-facing launch collateral (for example, maintaining the PDM user manual as the product evolves).
\n- Partnership: Sits with Engineering and Product daily. Must be able to pull accuracy out of busy engineers — reading the code change, the spec, and the ticket — rather than needing content handed over finished.

\n- OpenAPI / OAS 3.0 hands-on: Can read, edit, and maintain OAS 3.0 specs directly — not just render them in a portal.

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own this foundation. You'll define how identity and access work across a multi-tenant healthcare platform, balancing security, compliance, and scale with the need for a frictionless experience for end users, administrators, and the engineering teams who build on top of your platform.

\n- Identity & Authentication: Roadmap and requirements for authentication (SSO, MFA, federated identity), session management, and secure user lifecycle across consumer, provider, and admin personas.
\n- User & Tenant Management: Multi-tenancy architecture decisions, tenant provisioning/configuration, role-based access control, and org-hierarchy modeling that scales as DexCare adds health system customers.
\n- License Management: Product requirements for entitlement models, usage tracking, and license enforcement that support DexCare's commercial packaging and billing needs.
\n- API Gateway: Prioritization for the gateway layer — rate limiting, routing, versioning, and access policies — that other internal teams and external partners build against.
\n- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Security, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure the platform meets healthcare-grade security and privacy requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP) without slowing down product velocity.
\n- Roadmap & Prioritization: Translate platform reliability, security, and scalability needs into a prioritized backlog; make explicit build-vs-buy and sequencing tradeoffs.

\n- 7-9 years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion of that in platform, infrastructure, or identity/access domains.
\n- Direct experience with authentication/authorization systems, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, or API platform products.
\n- Comfort operating at a technical level — you can read an API spec, participate in architecture discussions, and push back credibly with engineering.
\n- A track record of balancing security/compliance requirements against usability and delivery speed.
\n- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical tradeoffs for both engineering and executive audiences.
\n- Has migrated a legacy system to multi-tenant SaaS with live customers
\n- Experience in healthcare technology, regulated industries, or enterprise B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
