\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

\n- 5 years Automotive project management experience.
\n- Experience with Engineering Change Orders and Product LifeCycle management.
\n- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing / technical operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
